Inquiries for Availability

Please contact us and confirm the availability by phone or via an inquiry form.

Making a Tentative Booking

You can secure the room(s) you desired up to 7 days.
Please promptly submit a formal application form while that period.

Submission of Formal Application

After you submit the formal application form, we will issue your reservation certificate. Once it has been issued, your booking will be finalized.

Planning Your Event

Our coordinator(s) would consult with you about your plan such as layout of the room and furnishings.

Payment of Usage Fee

Please pay the fee via bank transfer by 1 week before of your event.

The Day of Your Event

Our on-site coordinators would support your event.

Cancellation Policy / Rules for Usage

Cancellation Fee Policy

-From application up to 60 days before the date of use: 30% of the planned usage fee.
-From 59 days to 31 days before the date of use: 50% of planned usage fee.
-From 30 days before the date of use: 100% of planned usage fee.

Rules for Usage

The period accepting reservations: From one year before the date of your event.
