「Otemachi One Garden」は、日本を代表するオフィスエリアである大手町に誕生しました。
目の前に広がる皇居の緑と連続した6,000m²の豊かな緑地空間は、都心のクールスポット形成やカーボンニュートラル、生物多様性など周辺環境にも貢献します。
大手町エリアでは希少なイベント対応可能な空間として、芝生広場を中心とした約3,000m²のスペースを備え、Otemachi One周辺ににぎわいを創出します。 -
Otemachi One Garden is located in Otemachi, one of Japan’s most prestigious office areas.
The 6,000 m² of verdant green space compliments the greenery of the Imperial Palace spreading out before you and contributes to the surrounding environment by creating a cool and refreshing spot in the city center, aiding efforts to achieve carbon neutrality, and promoting biodiversity.
It is equipped with an approximately 3,000 m² event-ready lawn space, which is rare for the Otemachi area, creating a lively atmosphere in the Otemachi One area.
